Everything to know before you subscribe

What happens after the 2 free plans?
You keep access to all your plans and can go on importing and measuring as much as you like. Only the per-item quantity summary and the exports move to the subscription. Nothing is deleted, nothing expires.
Do I need a card to start?
No. The 2 free plans require no payment information. You just sign up with your email.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, with no fees and no questions. From your « Account » area, you reach the secure Stripe portal where you can cancel in one click. You keep access until the end of your paid period.
Are prices ex-VAT or VAT-inclusive?
All listed prices are ex-VAT (€19/month Solo, €29/month Team, €8/month per extra seat). French VAT (20 %) is added automatically at checkout.
Is there a limit on the number of plans?
No. You can import and measure as many plans as you like. Your first 2 plans include the per-item summary and the exports; beyond that, those two features need a subscription. Surplan accepts PDF, DWG, DXF, JPG and PNG, each capped at 50 MB.
Is my data secure?
Your plans and measurements are hosted in France (Paris region) on Supabase, on AWS infrastructure. Everything is encrypted at rest and in transit. You remain the sole owner of your data and can export it anytime.
Can several people work together?
Yes, with the Team plan. You create a shared team workspace, invite teammates by email and assign them a role (admin, editor or viewer). Each extra seat is billed €8 ex-VAT / month, added or removed anytime. Every member also keeps their own personal workspace.
How do Team plan seats work?
The Team plan includes the owner's seat. Each invited teammate adds a seat billed €8 ex-VAT / month (or €80 ex-VAT / year). Billing adjusts automatically when you invite or remove a member — an addition is prorated immediately, a removal takes effect at the end of the current period.
